Hi everyone it`s Steve O`Driscoll here. Just a quick word to let everyone know what I have been up to. I have been involved in presentations and interviews for the new intake of students which, as people know, I have been enjoying for the last 5 years. I have also, thanks to Guy Kirk, delivered a Self-Harm Awareness session to 1st Year Masters Students for 2 hours which I thorough-ly enjoyed and the feedback I received was amazing. I am also still enjoying my Freelance Work for Launchpad.
I would also just like to let people know that I facilitate a Self-Injury Support Group and it is an open group so anyone wishing to attend or who may know of someone who would like to attend can contact me via the website firstcut-selfawareness.weebly.com I will be more than happy to help.
Last bit of info I have is that Launchpad has now moved to new premises at Broadacre House on Market Street in Newcastle and we are on the 5th Floor along with the Recovery College. There are lots of exciting groups and courses so please feel free to pop in and have a chat.
